LeBron James在賽後接受Rachel Nichols的訪問中表示穿著穿上這件戰衣時，總是會得到啟發。每次要代表一個人的時候，感覺總是很特別，很有意思的。不只是為了比賽，而且當大家能夠在場上向Kobe致敬，還代表了湖人在20多年來的成就。湖人一眾球員都會想起Kobe, Vanessa一家，大家一塊兒聚在一起的，湖人總是在陪伴著。希望當湖人今晚穿上Kobe的球衣的時候可以感受到他們的愛，還有真正的讓Kobe一家感到驕傲。
