前NBA名將Grant Hill讚揚熱火中鋒Bam Adebayo：「他的比賽方式非常適合國際舞台！」

邁阿密熱火中鋒Bam Adebayo近年已經打出自己的名堂，雖然未去到超級球星的行列，但是他在球隊的表現已經證明了自己的價值，就連前NBA名將Grant Hill也對他讚不絕口，特別是在國際舞台上！

曾經七次入選全明星賽的Grant Hill十分欣賞這位熱火中鋒：「Bam Adebayo，我認為他的比賽和他的比賽方式非常適合國際舞台！首先他訓練有素，他有努力的在背後付出，我相信他是一個努力訓練而且在比賽中發揮的人，更開發了自己的進攻﹑控球和傳球。他的數據不一定會讓你不知所措，但是有些細微地方，例如閱讀球賽及正確理解，擁有防守紀律，能夠在不同時刻防守，他有的質素令他在熱火中得益不少，並且在國際舞台上當然也讓他有同樣發揮。」

引用“Bam, I think, his game and how he plays is perfectly suited for the international stage,” Hill said. “First of all, he’s well-coached. He has a great culture. He’s a guy who I believe has worked hard and worked on his game, and developed the offensive side, the ballhandling, the passing.

“His numbers aren’t going to necessarily overwhelm you. But the little plays, the understanding of making the right read, the discipline on defense, being able to guard multiple actions, qualities like that have served him well with the Heat, and certainly have served him well on the international stage.”

在現今籃球的速度甚至機動性都變得愈來愈快，傳統中鋒已經慢慢式微，作為矮中鋒代表的他（6呎9吋）曾助美國隊贏得2020年東京奧運金牌，只是24歲絕對有無限前途，相信在巴黎舉行的2024年奧運會將會是他另一個表現的國際舞台。現在他還是專心在季後賽比較好，熱火現時與76人打成場數2：2平手，與他對位的正是傳出有機會入藉法國的喀麥隆球星Joel Embiid，如果後者成功入藉未來仍會有不少可能在國際上對碰，或許最少要在NBA勝出今個系列賽增加信心吧！
