Blake Griffin：我討厭防守像J.J. Redick這樣的球員 精選

馬刺對快艇的季後賽，很多球迷把焦點落在Blake Griffin和Chris Paul身上，可是像J.J. Redick也在系列賽中表現自己，成為快艇能否取勝的重要因素。
J.J. Redick是一個出色的射手，馬刺更要利用最佳防守球員Kawhi Leonard防守著他，以限制他的三分能力(第六戰Leonard改為防守Chris Paul)。

在這個系列賽第六戰，Chris Paul於上半場7射0中，若非Redick在上半場射入14分，快艇在比賽中已被馬刺拉開了比分。

據<洛杉磯時報>報導，Blake Griffin在比賽後談及了Redick，並大讚對方。他指Redick在球場上無處不在，不停走位，Griffin表示自己會非常討厭防守這樣的球員。Griffin又稱，假若像Redick般持續走位，最終必定獲得出手機會。

比賽中，Redick在末段射入一記3分球，把比分拉開至92-86。賽後Doc Rivers稱練習了那個戰術已經有一年的時間，可是在季後賽第二戰後便沒有用過，但他想不到球員能在這麼重要的時間，完美地執利該戰術。

Redick確實是一位非常勤力的球員，在加入NBA的時候，防守未能達到標準。可是他不斷鍛鍊自己，並得到當時魔術教練Stan Van Gundy的信任，漸漸在NBA中站穩陣腳。

在Jamal Crawford復出後並未重返最佳狀態、Matt Barnes在今個系列賽表現不穩下，J.J. Redick確實是快艇外線得分的重心人物，他的存在，也令Chris Paul和Blake Griffin得到更大的進攻空間。
