Curry受訪坦承不確定Wiseman上限在哪 但希望他能在聯盟生存很長時間 精選

Stephen Curry承認他不確定James Wiseman最終會成為什麼樣的球員，不過，他與總經理Bob Myers和金州勇士的其他決策者一樣，他們似乎確信這位2020年NBA選秀榜眼在底特律活塞應該會更好。

引用Curry：“[我]非常有信心他會在聯盟中待很長時間。我不知道他的上限是多少，但我希望看到他能解決這個問題並有機會做到，它只是沒有在這裡發生。我為他感到高興和興奮，希望他能在這個聯盟中做出偉大的貢獻。”

勇士最終離開了Wiseman，在一樁四隊交易中將他送到了底特律，從波特蘭拓荒者帶回了Gary Payton II。

這筆交易是在交易截止日即將結束時達成，但在勇士隊向聯盟投訴拓荒者涉嫌隱匿Payton的核心肌肉傷勢後，直到週日才正式完成交易。Myers週一宣布Payton將在一個月內重新評估，“希望”他能在季後賽開始前回到場上。


不管如何，勇士最終還是批准了這筆交易，他們相信用Wiseman換Payton對雙方來說都是最好的舉動，而Curry顯然也有同樣看法來呼應這筆交易。
