還記得熱火冠軍後衛嗎？Chalmers加入發展聯盟尋求重返NBA機會

大家還記得邁阿密熱火兩屆冠軍後衛Mario Chalmers嗎？近日由於NBA飽受疫情風暴影響，不少失去舞台的球員都把握這個機會希望得到球團青睞，根據The Athletic報導，Chalmers已同意與發展聯盟的大急流城金牌隊簽約，並將於12月19日至22日參加發展聯盟賽事。
Chalmers上一次出現在NBA已經是2017-18賽季，之後他轉戰意大利、希臘和波多黎各打球，還參加了 BIG3的比賽。而Chalmers決定回到美國就是因為對於重返NBA還抱持渴望，35歲的他希望再拚一次並能在美國完成籃球生涯最終戰。

引用“在我開始的地方結束我的職業生涯對我來說意味著整個世界。當我第一次被選進NBA，我從來沒有想過離開家鄉到海外打球，所以這將是結束我職業生涯的最好方式。”

Chalmers補充說到，他的油箱裡還有油，如果真的有另一個機會出現絕對會準備好。

引用“我還有很多事情要做，我有全新的腿和全新的身體，我已經準備好再次參加完整的NBA比賽。很多球隊都在為16個季後賽席位而奮戰，所以如果有人受傷或因為疫情成為問題的話，我已經準備好了。我一直在健身房，很快就會跟上節奏，我知道幫助球隊贏得冠軍需要什麼。”

Chalmers在熱火度過生涯前7個半賽季，2015-16賽季被交易到曼菲斯灰熊，但在2016年發生跟腱撕裂傷勢在2年後被灰熊放棄，雖然一度重新簽約但從2017-18賽季後就沒有在NBA亮相過。Chalmers生涯總計9個賽季場均可以得到8.9分2.5籃板3.7助攻，投籃命中率為41.7%，三分命中率35.1%。
