新賽季打出新氣象的華盛頓巫師傳來好消息,前鋒八村壘距離他重返球隊更近了一步,他昨天在MedStar中心正式參加了球隊訓練。根據NBC Sports報導,八村壘雖然沒有參加全場練習,但投籃手感看來相當不錯。
八村壘並不像其他休戰的球員有身體上的傷勢,早前一直是以心理因素為由告假,那為什麼巫師不讓他馬上復出,而是如同對待傷兵一樣的依序漸進呢?巫師團隊輕描淡寫表示這就只是計畫中的一部份,美媒聯繫了其他醫學專家試著來了解箇中原因。
運動醫學專家Lucas Wymore博士表示,雖然八村壘身體沒有什麼特別問題,但有報導他體重減輕了因此還沒準備好上場,Wymore博士也提出了關於球員體重增減的重點。
引用“理想情況下,球員要得到的是肌肉增加。他增加體重是為了在場上運用,例如當他卡位爭奪籃板球或背身單打的時候。但球員不應該無謂的在場內外增添額外重量,除了速度會變慢之外,體重增加還會給關節帶來更多壓力。”
引用“團隊的體能訓練計劃可以幫助球員實現理想增重目標,但他們也希望球員保持良好的關節靈活性。體重增加會導致關節活動範圍的部份損失。另外,球員也校努力鍛鍊他們的核心力量,這有助於在漫長常規賽季中為他們提供支持。如果你想確保你在增加體重的同時保持一些核心力量和穩定性,並且在練習和比賽中有效的打球,那麼保持“比賽狀態”是相對很重要的。”
