LeBron James認為自己會是Michael Jordan的完美隊友

當不少球迷和專家們還在爭論現任洛杉磯湖人隊的球星LeBron James跟NBA名人堂成員Michael Jordan哪一個較出色之際，LeBron James認為自己會是Michael Jordan的完美隊友。
可能受到The Last Dance的影響，LeBron James試著想像自己能在90年代與Michael Jordan和芝加哥公牛隊一同作賽。根據LeBron James的講法，他認為自己跟Michael Jordan的打法是相互補充。

他表示自己是一位以團隊為先的球員，所以能夠製造完美的機會給Mike (Michael Jordan) 。他又以「刺客」比喻Michael Jordan。假如當隊友的話，他認為自己的能力和作用就是閱讀球賽，然後Jordan就是以自己的得分方式得分就對了。

引用“Me personally, the way I play the game — team first — I feel like my best assets work perfectly with Mike,” the 16-time NBA All-Star said on Monday on Uninterrupted, via ESPN.

“Mike is an assassin. When it comes to playing the game of basketball, scoring the way he scored the ball, [then] my ability to pass, my ability to read the game plays and plays and plays in advance.”

考慮到LeBron的打法正正能夠迎合蟬師Phil Jackson的三角戰術，相信他們之間在進攻端上的確不難達成共識。儘管LeBron James在進攻方面具有統治力，但他確實是一位難得以傳球為先的超級巨星，他喜歡讓隊友參與其中。而另一方面，Michael Jordan確實是有史以來最乾淨利落的得分手之一，不難想像到他們二人的默契。

Scottie Pippen在Michael Jordan身邊也能成為出色的球員，所以LeBron James認為如果他在那個時代為公牛效力，他們甚至會更具統治力。

LeBron表示他看到了Scottie Pippen與Mike （Michael Jordan）所創造出來的東西。他認為他的加入會讓整體達到另一個層次，Pippen是他最喜歡的球員之一，再加上他這位控球前鋒，公牛會更上一層樓。

I just think it would’ve been a whole ‘nother level,” James furthered. “Pip was one of my favorite players … It would’ve been a whole ‘nother level with me being a point forward, with me being that point forward alongside of him during those Chicago runs.”
